Pricing Information:

• $350 8am - 8pm 1 day rental (suitable for parties/ daytime events)
• $500 weekend rental Friday evening - Sunday evening (*ideal for weddings when you need extra time on your rental)

Important Information!

Please note that all our typical DIY rental policies apply towards these new white bouncy castle rentals. Due to the common use of this type of castle at adult events, please ensure that you review them carefully re damage deposits and proper use of equipment. For weddings, we highly recommend that you have someone attend and monitor the use of the castle to ensure that shoes are off and that maximum occupancy limits are being adhered to. For pick-up the unit will fit in the back of a standard van, track or SUV. You will need 2 people to pick up / drop off the unit as it is quite heavy not blown up (approx. 200lbs). We provide a dolly to assist that you can take with you. Refundable Damage Deposit of $200 applies to the rental of this item. **we accept a credit card hold for this

PLEASE NOTE: THE WHITE BOUNCY CASTLE ABSOLUTELY CANNOT GET WET AND SHOULD NOT BE USED IN THE RAIN. WE OFFER A NO HASSLE CANCELLATION POLICY. IF THE WHITE CASTLE IS RETURNED WET OR DAMP OR USED FROM THE RAIN, IT IS AN IMMEDIATE FORFEIT OF YOUR $200 DAMAGE DEPOSIT.

Please note that the white castle is very heavy as it is a commercial grade unit intended for also adult use. Please send two people for pick up and ensure that you have a vehicle like an SUV or minivan or truck to fit it. We may not be home to assist with your loading or unloading.

• You are welcome to help yourself to some tarps in the garage for the Ground if you’d like

NOTICE ON RAIN!

⚠️The white castle absolutely cannot get wet!! If there is rain in the forecast it is your responsibility to either not take the castle and cancel (we will gladly issue a refund with our no hassle cancellation policy) OR Play at your own risk and ensure that the castle does not get wet and or that it gets dried out in time for your return time thoroughly. ***If the wet castle gets wet at all or it gets returned wet you will automatically forfeit your damage deposit as it can take several hours to clean it if it’s been soaked muddy and grassy

If the castle gets dirty you are welcome to wipe it down with water and a mild all purpose cleaner. Mr clean magic erasers work well for stains. Sweeping / blowing out the castle is also fine.

ROLLING UP/ PUTTING AWAY TIPS

• Return the bouncy castle the way you received it.

• Ensure the castle is completely dry before rolling

• Unzip the zippers on the sides of the bouncy castle air release

• Untie the air release at the back of the castle as well as disconnect the blower.

• allow the castle to thoroughly deflate

• Start from the entrance stairs. Fold them into the castle.

• Continue to fold the castle along the stair line

• Fold in the back part of the castle allowing the air release tubes to be the last to be folded in.

• You may apply pressure to your folds by kneeling on the castle with each fold

• Secure the castle with the tie straps provided

• Place the rolled up castle back on the dolly for easy transport

• Never drag the bouncy castle across the floor

• Always fold the bouncy castle with the bottom blue canvas facing outwards at the end. Never fold it backwards with the white on the outside
